What happens if my Spend Management invitation/email hasn't been received?

If you haven't received an invitation/email for Spend Management, please read the following.

Both of the below conditions must be met before you can continue:

  • Email and phone number for the Account Employee being added (profile must be complete). 
  • The Account Owner must have already accepted the terms of use.  

If a new user does not receive a Spend Management invitation/email, it is possible to resend the invite.  

Tip: Have the recipient check their spam/junk folder to confirm the invitation did not get delivered there.

  1. Navigate to the Users section of the U.S. Bank Spend Management app. 
  2. Enter the user’s name in the search bar or select their name from the Users list.  
  3. Select Resend invite from the left side navigation bar. 
  4. On the next screen, you will see a copy of the email invite. Check that the email is correct. If not, you will need to make edits to the User details. If the information looks correct, click Resend invite.
