How do I see my external account transfer limits?

Knowing your limits lets you know how much can be sent and how much has already been sent. To see your external account transfer limits, you'll need to start the process of transferring funds.

To see your external account transfer limits using online banking  

  1. Select Transfer & pay at the top of the page, then choose External transfers & wires.
  2. Select Transfer money from the Make an external transfer tile.
  3. Choose the accounts to transfer money from and to. 
  4. Listed under the amount to send, select View all dollar limits. This will show all incoming and outgoing transfer limits*. 

To see your external account transfer limits using the U.S. Bank Mobile App  

  1. Select Transfer & pay then External transfers, wires & ACH.
  2. Choose Transfer money from the External transfer tile.
  3. Select the account to transfer money from, then choose Continue.
  4. Select the account to transfer money to, then choose Continue.
  5. Listed under the amount to send, select View all dollar limits. This will show all incoming and outgoing transfer limits*.
